Experience a wild and thrilling adventure on our Bait Ball Expedition, a unique natural phenomenon that takes place in the open waters of the Pacific Ocean, off Bahía Magdalena and Bahía Almejas.

What is the Expedition?

Schedule and Duration
Departures every day at 7:00 am from Puerto San Carlos.
Duration approx. 8 hours. Return between 1–2 pm, arrival at port ~4–5 pm depending on sea conditions.

The Adventure
Swim with sardine balls alongside predators such as striped marlin, dorado, sea lions, dolphins, tuna, sea turtles, mobula rays, and birds. Always accompanied by a certified captain and guide.

The Vessel
Shaded boat with comfortable seating, 25 and 26 feet. The action happens offshore—the trip can be 20–30 miles and conditions can sometimes be challenging. It's all part of the adventure!
